At Acre & Stock, we partner with regenerative farms and handle each order with care from sourcing to delivery. Because our products are perishable and responsibly prepared in small batches, we are unable to accept returns.

Reporting an Issue
If there is an issue with your order — including damage, missing items, or quality concerns — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation from the carrier.

Requests submitted outside of the 24-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.
Shipping & Delivery
While we work with trusted carriers and insulated packaging to ensure your order arrives in optimal condition, certain factors such as carrier delays or weather conditions are outside of our control. If your order arrives compromised, please contact us promptly within the timeframe above.
