Animals live and roam outdoors on open pasture. Not an "access to outdoors" checkbox — actual land, actual sunlight, actual space to behave naturally.
No synthetic growth hormones, no routine antibiotic use. Animals are raised clean — because what goes into them comes to your table.
Every partner farm practices regenerative agriculture — improving soil health and strengthening the land for future generations, not depleting it for this one.
We do not work with farms that use GMO feed. What an animal eats matters — to their health, to the quality of the product, and to the integrity of the land.
For beef, animals are raised and finished entirely on pasture. No grain finishing, no feedlot. The flavor — and the nutrition — reflects it.
