Weekly Shipping Schedule

Every week.
We batch ship every Tuesday to maximize cold-chain reliability. This isn't a limitation — it's how we ensure every package arrives in premium condition.
Orders placed by Sunday midnight are included in that week's Tuesday shipment. Orders after midnight ship the following Tuesday.
Monday is our internal prep day — shipping documents finalized, routes confirmed, and labels generated.
Your order leaves our facility. You'll receive a confirmation email with full tracking details.
Ground customers typically receive within 2 days. Air customers within 2 days from dispatch, regardless of location.
Shipping Tuesday ensures your order moves through the carrier network during the week — avoiding weekend warehouse delays that can compromise temperature control. It's a simple decision that makes a real difference in what arrives at your door.

Shipping Regions & Carriers
We ship across
the country.
We ship via UPS and FedEx, with your shipping method determined by your location to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
Available to customers within our two-day ground delivery region. Your order arrives frozen without the premium of air shipping.
For customers outside the ground delivery region, we use UPS or FedEx 2-Day Air — ensuring your order arrives with the same cold-chain integrity regardless of distance.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents. Our fulfillment team monitors weather patterns and carrier performance before every dispatch.
Cold-Pack Handling
A note on
safe handling.
Your package may contain residual dry ice or ice packs when it arrives. This is normal — it means your order stayed cold throughout transit. Handle dry ice carefully and allow it to dissipate naturally.
Avoid direct skin contact. Dry ice is extremely cold and can cause frostbite with prolonged exposure. Use tongs or insulated gloves if you need to handle it.
Allow dry ice to dissipate in open air. Never store dry ice in a sealed container or airtight space. Let it sublimate naturally in a well-ventilated area. Ice packs can be refrozen or disposed of normally.
Keep away from children and pets. Store your package out of reach until you've transferred the contents to your freezer.

Every order is assessed individually to ensure it arrives frozen. It's the same method used by premium meat shippers and medical suppliers — because it works.
